Payments:

All drop-in classes $25- discounts only apply to pre-registered online registrants

There is a $10 Credit Card Minimum on site

All deposits are non-refundable.

Late arrivals & missed classes:

Late arrivals , cancellations & missed classes:

Classes must be cancelled by client 12 hours prior to class, otherwise class credit is lost.

Late drop ins after 20 min, no entry, no refunds, no exceptions.

Missed Classes for drop ins or series will not be credited for any reason. Late notice of extreme circumstances will not be credited.  Discount for upcoming series or drop in class may be applied as a 1 time courtesy.  Not responsible for client visiting the wrong location for class.

Clients receive a Free gift if registered class is cancelled 5 times within 30 days.

Other Information & Restrictions:

Instructors from other studios may NOT attend classes unapproved by Vertical Joe’s.

All first timers must attend Newbies class or audition for class placement at Vertical Joe’s before attending higher level classes.

Clients must be over 21+

Class Rules:

Follow guidance of instructor at all times.

Proper shoes are required for all classes, no street shoes, mules or flip flops allowed.

Approved grip aids and cleaning products allowed on our poles.

Shorts are required for ALL pole classes. No exceptions.

Cell phones on vibrate.

All clients remain in Waiting Lounge until 10 minutes prior to class time.

Absolutely no spectators, visitors or children allowed in classrooms.   The waiting lounge is available.

No gum or food in classroom.

No unauthorized videography or photography are strictly prohibited.

No lotion, oil, moisturizers on skin prior to class.
